Yeah, I think townie's should only become involved with one of our own Sims if we chose them to. Otherwise, as long as townies just had kids with townies, that would be fine with me.
And about the Karma, don't worry about it, people seem to take tons of Karma off me all the time, it happens to all of us sometimes lol.
