I am concerned that she is also considering not moving over. If Sims 4 is not going to have her as well as not having Twallan, I may end up waiting until later before buying it, let others be EA's unpaid testers.

It's not merely a matter of people providing help, as Twallan said there will be others to take his place. It's a matter of civilised help & I'm not relying on EA for that, their ingratitude to anyone that does give help is legend.
