What EP's would you like to see in TS3?

i've read that none of the major aspects of any ep will be in the base game (like weather, appartments, owning businesses) so i figured dates won;t be in the base game

But where dates really one of the major aspects of nightlife? I always thought it was the possibility to go downtown. And cars where as big as dates in Nightlife for me, and they are at least included right?

Personally I think dates will be in the base game, I've heard too many developers say "..and you can go to the park with you date..." and such to think otherwise
Of course, I might be wrong. But also, I might not.
