Idk I hate using pads... I only use them when I sleep at night. And I have to use tampons because I dance everyday all day. And I don't think the plastic ones hurt, but you have to make sure you put them far enough in, other wise you can consciously feel them. {blink}. Idk I just feel dirty when I wear pads.
