Re: Ideas for Pregnancy, Births, and Adoption
I am not criticizing anybody, just trying to point out.
I am sure EA will not add this to the game. And why get upset, the modders will make a mod available to do this. |

I'd love to stick with the spin around and pop it out idea, as well, maybe with the option of asking a spouse or someone to "take to hospital" ... I totally agree. This obsession with Teen Pregnancy in Sims 3 is getting really out of hand. "It'd be more realistic" The Sims isn't supposed to BE realistic. It can certainly look realistic and have realistic aspects, but it doesn't have things like teen pregnancy. To me, that's going too far for realism. As far as I know, sims can't drop out of high school to take care of their child. In real life, some families would kick out a teen that got pregnant; would you want that to happen to your sim? and also, teen "woohoo" is illegal in the US, where the game is made. It makes sense that it's not going to make a "teen" rating. Can't we all just realize that it's not going in the game without hacks anyway? ~The Great And Powerful Moz

tons of info about The Sims 3.
http://www.sims3.com/the_sims_3/check_this_out-t976.0.html |

Re: Ideas for Pregnancy, Births, and Adoption
Hey, hey.
Don't take my post too seriously. I, myself, have used the teen pregnancy hack before. It livens things up. My post was simply to put things "in perspective" I guess. I wasn't trying to "shoot your idea" down or be rude, I am sorry if it came out that way. I just don't think it would be a good idea to put teen pregnancy into the base game, is all. ~Pyrathe |

Re: Ideas for Pregnancy, Births, and Adoption
Teen pregnancy would be cool, haha.
I don't see a problem with it. Real teens have the s3x, so why not? |

Re: Ideas for Pregnancy, Births, and Adoption
Oh I totally agree they shouldn't, but the sims games aren't life manuals on how to live, they're games, simulating life.
