Tyler's POV.





My parents rock!
Yeah, they may be getting old, but it's really awesome that we got to take a vacation to this like, tropical island or something. We flew in a plan and everything, man! But, you know, the first thing I did was jump into the water. It was warm and a lot better than the pool back home. I could see a lot of colorful fish, in little schools and stuff. It was really exciting, and I was happy to see my two little sister's running around and having lots of fun.



Alice really liked the pirate ship. They were people running around the ship, all dressed up and yelling orders. I even got to walk the plank! But I was a scardey-cat, and ended up running back from the end of the plank like a little chicken.



Sure, the pirate ship was great. . . that is until this ghost guy ran mom out of the captain's quarters. But I mean, she had been in there a dozen times. I wouldn't blame him for running her off of his ship. But she still came back and it looked like her and the pirate dude were becomming really good friends. They started singing the pirate chanty thing. It got annoying after the seventh time, though.



And of course, Tom and Melinda wanted to spend some quality time with us. Dad said he would let us roast marshmallows around a fire while mom ordered some dinner, and then we could all go to the hot springs in the morning for a quick dip before we got back to the real fun.



But I think my fun ended the night before we were due to leave.

"I hope your having a great time!" There was some man just standing there, making small-talk with me. He looked like the locals, so I really wasn't worried. Plus, my mom and dad were sitting at a table a few feet from us.
"Uh, yeah. It's really relaxing."
"Oh, yes. Relaxing. Just sitting at the beach and listening to the waves of that big blue ocean." He put his arm around me and I kind of cringed. Now it was getting freaky. He swept his hand across the air in front of us as some sort of addition or dramatic affect about the view. I felt a slight tug in my back pocket, he pat me on the head, then just walked away.
Turns out that guy stole my wallet! There's was like, fifty bucks in there! I told Tom, and he got up to follow the freak, but I guess the guy accidently dropped my wallet on the ground as he was leaving. So, lucky me, I got it back.

We left the the next morning, and everyone was happy we got to spend all that time together.

It's so cool to see people's Sims on vacation.

I had a lot more pictures for the vacation, but since I changed my story style, I cut it down to just a few.
Tom learned how to fire dance. The whole family learned how to hula dance. They went to the sauna. Went on a few tours. Built sandcastles. Sunbathed. Swam. Found the secret lot. Received the voodoo doll ((of which is in Alice's possesion)).
