A Huge Glitch With Game

Hi, I have Sims 2 (PC). About a year ago, I got a bunch of E.P.s (4 or 5!). I already had 1 or two. Okay, so I installed them just how I usaully would, and I played the game. All of my stuff was gone-- like I started the game over all again. And the weird thing is every computer account on my P.C. basically has it's own game. And custom content DOES NOT WORK. I used sims 2 stuff packs, and I'm sure I got meshes, and they just don't show up in the game. I even remembered to install them  . So, what's wrong with my game? Should I just reinstall everything, and hopefully it'll be back to normal? Or should I just go with the flow and play a boring game (come on! no cc at all!)  {unsure}

Try to patch the game.

Also make sure to have Custom Content enabled.

Okay, thanks. I'll patch it later, because I'm srating a new legacy now =] And custom content is enabled.

You should re-install it. I did and it made me game run SO much faster, and I had to re-install my CC, but it was worth it.

That happened with me at first, try enabling CC in the options menu. It will usually work, but it took me a few trys.

Im not sure if this might change it but have you downloaded the CEP (colour enabler pack) because i think you need that aswell to make it work.

The CEP is only needed for object recolours.
