Ugh, I have school on Friday (WTF, who starts school on a Friday?).

My friend has a projector set up in his basement. It's awesome, we watched The Shining on it once, just amazing.

Anyway, just listening to a jumpy old Dire Straits record and trying to get some sleep because I have work in about 7 hours!

Back to school already? Wow, your summer breaks seem to have flown by. Or at least that's how it seems to me - I hope that it seemed longer to you guys!

Right now I am unpacking a lot of boxes and arranging the contents along window sills, because the office cleaner dropped a bucket of goodness-knows-what on the floor this morning and the mystery liquid has seeped into a load of boxes I had under my desk. Sigh.

They are a bit shorter down here but I think we make up for it in other holiday time throughout the year. In New Zealand we get a two week break between terms, so every ten weeks or so. Meh, I wouldn't mind a few more weeks for summer because February tends to be hotter than December.

Anyway right now I'm watching good ok Forrest Gump.

Oh well, back to school tomorrow. So long summer holidays, and thanks for all the fish (yeah, idk).

Ah well, kids, don't forget that these are meant to be the best days of your life. Although, I have to say that's all lies in my case at least.

Is this the year that you go on your trip to France, Ollie?

Yes, but I still need to manage to convince my mother so I can go. She started having second thoughts telling me "You'll get lost" Rubbish I'll get lost in France.
