Pretty much given up trying to keep up with the charts. I think the rave scene marked the end of music as something where new trends & forms were explored. Now all you get is rehashes of what's gone before, nu-metal, nu-goth, nu-techno, nu-country, & none of it sounding the least bit new at all.

I remember when Avril Lavigne was the big deal, positive role model for girls yadda yadda yadda; & overnight suddenly everyone hated her, she was a sell out, & I never quite found out why. Or cared.

Eating a hot cheese & tomato naan bread with lots of garlic while feeling contented that Heart of Midlothian have bounced back into the SPL as champions before the clocks have even gone forward & with over a fifth of the season left.
