The 'Have you ever...' Game

RE: The 'Have you ever...' Game
Yes, "T.C you!" was a popular phrase within our family for years (it means "that'll teach you" or "tough luck for you"). No one quite knew where it came from, or what the T & C meant, but it went down the family line for years. That was back in the days everyone lived in the big city and your cousins and so on were near by and family gatherings more common place.

I still remember the one & only time I used it unthinking outside of our family circle, & everyone thought I was mad! Blush

Have you ever had a letter printed in a newspaper or magazine?

Not a letter, no. I've had other things published though. Have you ever made a meal in which all the ingredients were home grown?
