Teen Engagement/Marriage

People always talk about teen pregnancy, but never the step you SHOULD take before that-Marriage. I think teens should be able to get married with the parents permision, like they have to have a strong relationship with their parents, or they could run off and get married! If they can't get married, they should at least be able to get engaged. A lot of people get engaged in high school. I think it's a good idea, but what do you think?

High school... I'm nearly 14 and my boyfriend is nearly 16.
