Car accidents?

I read the new article about the Sims 3 on gamespy and in the interview Rod Humble mentions a car accident.Do you really think theres going to be car accidents?I just think that might be too much for the sims and will they die?I quite frankly don't think it will happen but,if it does the sims won't be killed.

Just because it's seamless doesn't mean there will be car crashes. {rolleyes}

but i think there will be, because of that article. it seems like a pointless thing to put in. the animations should be bad, its not a car racing game!

I think so! I think it would really promote the whole 'this thing happening will ripple through the neighbourhood' scenario they keep referring to. But it depends to what extent they mean by 'car accident'. Does that mean possible death? Or does it mean a slight bump that may cause just a bit of damage and some unhappy Sims? Or possibly they could have both types?

Maybe you'll be able to drive the car yourself?

That would only be when I'm driving the hobo's car... kinda unlikely, but still.

Maybe a rich kid would steal their parent's car resulting in accidents and/or punishments.
