Have just reinstalled The Sims and 4 exp packs--HELP

The game wont let us create new families? Says create a family failed?

i can help

now the easyist way to fix the error is to install the Patch ( The Patch is made by Ea and fixes the bugs and errors on the game)

so go to http://thesims2.ea.com/update/

and choose your ep and download it

once your done,

it might be fixed

if not reply and ill help you more

Did you install The Sims or The Sims2?

This could make a big difference in how the problem can be fixed.
