TS3:How big is the neighborhood?
I heard that the neighborhood is'nt that big and I don't expect it to be.But if it is'nt doesn't that leave room for an exspansion pack to expand it?I've been really thinking about this(if youve read my posts)I think there going to make an exspansion packs that make one big simcity!

Re: TS3:How big is the neighborhood?
yeah, we've read in articles that the EP's will expand on the neighbourhood.

I have no idea how big the base neighbourhood will be, though, I hope it's decent-sized.

Re: TS3:How big is the neighborhood?
It doesn't look terribly big, which I think is a good thing
If it was too big think about how slow the game would run

but I also think it looks a tid-bit too small for my taste

I guess I'll have to wait to see the whole game though to judge it :-P

I have to agree there. It does look a little too small. However, like you said, I don't want it to be too big, either. It seems reasonable to me. But yes, patience is the key, as much as I wish it wasn't lol. Let's just be patient, and eventually we'll be able to judge when we've seen the whole neighbourhood properly.

Re: TS3:How big is the neighborhood?
So far to me it looks just right. It has a city for those wild and upbeat sims and rolling country hills on the outskirts just enough for farming/gardening.

I too read the article about more neighborhoods being added on with new eps. I think its a great idea concerning it would bee a tad too big for some just starting out and the seamless neighborhood could be a bit overwhelming if we had too big of a town.

I like the idea of starting small first so I can get used to it and once I crave more to my gameplay, other ep options will be there. By the looks of the screenshots, I counted close to fifty premade homes with lots of space left over so there is plenty to mess around with.

Re: TS3:How big is the neighborhood?
I heard you can have about 76 lots in one neighborhood. But I don't know if that's true.

Re: TS3:How big is the neighborhood?
76 lots???? I think you could have that many in TS2... if you did small lots.

Tick tock. Tick tock.<br />Only so long before my head explodes in anticipation of TS3. Big Grin
