Simsforums.com - The Relaunch?
As you are all aware, this site has pretty much turned into a graveyard over the past year. It's quite sad to see how such a great community which probably averaged at least 1,000 posts per day has rapidly decreased into struggling to reach at least 20 posts per day.

It may be a turn into a failed attempt, but we're willing to try and revive this site. It may not be likely that we'll get the site back to what it used to be like, but we would like it to become more active.

At the moment, Matt cannot work on SimsForums during the day whilst he's at work like he used to, and his time at home is limited. However, he's hoping that it can be changed soon, which will then allow him to be online and help to revive the forums. Obviously this cannot and will not happen overnight, it'll be a gradual process. If it fails, then there's nothing we can do, but at least we can say we tried.

There may be numerous reasons for why the forum decayed. Personal life, or maybe they just don't have the time to play The Sims 3 anymore. Another thing was the domain confusion back when we had 'sims3.com' registered. We know that made us stumble quite a bit, as people began to realise that this was only a Fansite and not the Official Sims 3 Forums. But, let the old members either stay away or slowly drift back, and at the same time bring in a lot of new members.

So, all that's left is one question that we want to ask you. What would you like to see on SimsForums that can help with the transformation? We are aware of some things that need overhauled, but we want your opinion too, so please share! It doesn't matter if it's a massive list, I'm sure it'll all be relevant and will probably be put to good use, we need a lot of work done.

Coming Soon...
