Agreed. Poor Matt's got to keep track of hundreds of threads and thousands of members. He definately can't handle it all himself. I really hope he'll consider picking the most trustworthy and helpful people at this site to help him out, like Paul and Cassie.
I'm not sure I like this idea...
It would make other members feel left out... especially me because I won't end up with an award like that :-\

Why not. If the had an award for "the most truth in a siggy" I would vote for you.

But it's not about making people feel left out.
My school didn't have a Valedictorian because they thought it would make others feel bad. I always thought this was a bunch of nonsense.
I think people who deserve to be rewarded for something SHOULD be rewarded for whatever that something is, and those who don't get awards should just work towards getting one if they really want one.

It might inspire people to do there best to follow the rules of the forum and assist other simmers through helpful information or thoughtful replies. The awards donât have to be mega, maybe like Xbox 360 achievements, things that every member can accomplish. If no one is recognized for there helpfulness on the site, they would probably just leave. The point of a Forum for most people is to get noticed and getting awards is a great way to know that people have noticed you.
I have a few idea's for Awards:
1) Top Poster
2) Best Signature
-Cutest
-Funniest
-Coolest
-Upsetting (Made you cry)
3) Most Helpful
-Answers Questions
-Helps Others
4) Most Creative Ideas Person
