who is claire the bear all i know is that jer dosn't like it

In the original Sims1, there was a Bear that would come by at night, and dig through your trash.  She wore like a tutu or something, and would do this creepy little dance, than leave.  She came with one of the Expansion Packs, but I forget which one.
