I'd like to see diseases... and you can go into the hospital and see the tests being done. That would be cool! ooooo and operations too!
yeah, i agree with the diseases idea. i think the Sims needs a bit more excitement in it. And things can go wrong with pregnancy and stuff, maybe some Sims cant have children etc...
