Relationship with his car?

I was playing one of my families on Late Night and when I opened up the relationships to figure out who on earth this old lady who asked to be buzzed in was, I noticed he had a relationship with his car! I might understand if it was a nice car, but common this one is a junker! I don't even know where he got it from! When I click on it, it gives the normal car options.




Is this normal, like an addition from Late Night, or is it a glitch? I do not have that stuff pack with all the cars.

It's from Fast Lane Stuff but they appear to have included it with the Late Night update. I have a Sim who is best friends with her junker, Big Lemon.

This is a feature I could have done without. But I guess it counts as a free friend which is a good thing gamewise.
