What are you doing right now?

RE: What are you doing right now?
Salty tea! That would be truly terrible. Although I can't imagine eating a salty thing with tea. For me it is a biscuit or nothing!
Head of Household IT says that if the BBC had tried to conceal the next Dr Who's identity it would have been leaked so there would have been no point trying. I guess not all viewers have my patience. Yes

I am glad it is Mr Capaldi, though, as I think he has the potential to be a good Dr. He's certainly funny and a good actor. Let's see how he does it! I now feel motivated to catch up the last series (I got up to Christmas special from last year and then got distracted by other things).

RE: What are you doing right now?
I'm twirling my metaphorical moustache of unspeakable evil after finding a whole new use for polenta!

The back garden has become overrun with ants, unfortunately not of the good variety but the sort treating my hard work as their salad bar for them & their aphid "cows". However, I've located their nest holes (about ten of them) and have poured a nice thick ring of my remaining polenta around it.

Ants love cornmeal, but it is very bad for them: their bodies cannot digest it & if they take in fluid on top they pop like popcorn & is fatal if fed to their larvae.
Eat well my pretties, for tomorrow morning you are ALL going to be DEAD!

I cannot comment on this gardening revelation, as to do so would cause me to break my vow of silence regarding the foodstuff that cannot be named.

Wow that was quick! Not a single ant all day or night. Honestly, I didn't expect it to work anywhere near this quickly (my timeline was about a week to take effect), unless something else got to them.

Away to watch some TV in the hope of a film that is any good - last night the only film worth watching was "The Many Adventures Of Winnie The Pooh"! Blush

Thou shalt not question the awesome power of The Golden Foodstuff. Down with Minty's pesky ants yay! Yes

Hope you enjoyed your Pooh adventures lol!

Right now I'm catching up on reading SF and enjoying a nice cup of tea. Shortly I will go into meltdown because that was the LAST OF THE TEA!

Staring in amazement at the big space in the hall. Got rid of loads of difficult-to-recycle junk this morning by lugging it all on two bus rides to the nearest council tip. You can recycle almost anything there. Lovely empty space. Squeeee!

Looks interesting, Ollie. What's the raised section of the flat part of the roof?

Right now I'm recovering from doing the ironing. Also I am trying to recover from trying to read one or two TS4 threads on the EA forum. What a bloodbath that section has become. Sad

It's always been like that. EA created Ideas & Feedback as a creche for all the ASBO cases, once the TS4 section was started they moved into there looking for fresh victims. On any other website the banhammers would be dual wielded, but on the officials I think the way it works is as long as you keep buying simpoints you can trashtalk everyone else Dodgy

It's going to get a lot worse if the likes of Lawlerface, Sabsyrina or any of the other little charmers I encountered at Jazz Hands return for the new game - the current "bad boys" will discover quick enough there's some far better & more vicious at trolling than they'll ever be.
