I could do with a laugh in view of the fact that my boiler carried on leaking water through the night, the washer on the kitchen tap has gone so that's about to explode and there's a burst pipe in the hall (one that burst before and was meant to be fixed). That's three domestic plumbing strikes at once. What did I do to plumbing in a former life, I wonder, that it is so keen to beat me up in this one?

Aw, are you lapsed like me?! Actually I'm not so much lapsed as I was misclassified at birth by a parent. But hey I got over it.

Best episode of Father Ted was the one where they are in a caravan and Ted is explaining to Dougal that the cows in the adjacent field are not tiny but instead they are just far away. I love that.
